Approved Log Pre-cycle Summer Cut Log

What specifically is going on with your shoulder you really have to watch out it's a very common injury
It's in my good shoulder so not super worried. Just some pain when fully stretched at the bottom of a press or sowmthing. Doing a deload/ easy week to end the current training cycle I'm doing and to prevent big injury
 
This logs been going for over a month. 1 day I have a pleasure food and my diet needs to improve? What's the point of every other update on here that had good food
 
Cut day 38 (monday):
-Diet: 2,373 calories | 215 G protein | 204 G Carbs | 58 G fats
Breakfast: Protein oatmeal, 6 eggs, banana
Lunch: chicken burrito bowl

Dinner: Protein shake, turkey Veggie soup

Snack: oikos triple zero yogurt

-Training: (this week is lighter on purpose, both training and calories)
Machine chest press 50 lbs @ 8 reps x 2
Underhand Cable fly: 20 lbs @ 10 reps x 2
Overhand Cable fly: 17.5 lbs @ 7 reps x 2
Seated Cable row: 100 lbs @ 7 reps x 2
Machine shoulder press: 55 lbs @ 6 x 2
 
I forgot to add I do 15 min of cardio each morning. Monday at the gym I also did 45 minutes if cardio because I got off work early, rare opportunity so I took the cardio blessing
