body still hasnt gone to shit despite me feeling like shit and skipping gym cos of ear infection, its also much worse today. both ears now deaf haha

Tried the T nation russian skill thing haha
50kg overhead press 20 sets of 3 as fast as possible
and 70kg bent over rows for 20 sets of 3. I managed to do all 40 sets in 32 mins haha

and 70kg bent over rows for 20 sets of 3. I managed to do all 40 sets in 32 mins haha
you are def improved a lot. imagine where you will be in the next couple years at this rate
