Try switching up your leg routine, a little bit. You can do it Reversed start with the calf exercises and finish with the squats instead.
 
Ill update tomorrow with hopefully 2 workouts haha. Been fighting an ear infection so missed yesterdays workout and skipping todays too

and i did 10 mins of treadmill at 7kph so about 1.2 kms
body still hasnt gone to shit despite me feeling like shit and skipping gym cos of ear infection, its also much worse today. both ears now deaf haha

you gotta up the cardio big man, at least 20-30min but if you have ear infection you shouldnt be at the gym for 3-4 days to recover
you on antibiotics?

Nice job on those pictures bro you are doing good
ear infections are quite common make sure you are washing your hands before and after the gym
