Hi Y'all,
Hitting the gym for a full body workout. Going heavy with focus on compound movements with low rep ranges for building both muscle and strength. Keeping good form was a priority to avoid injuries. Enjoy!

BTW I came fully kitted with knee sleeves, back belt, and squatting shoes.
