Yes Bros, Cake, a big chocolate one... in my first high carb meal and it's post training... I come in a very catabolic, depleted state and that ensures me to get out of that state, also, my pancreas will not have a heavy job to produce too much insulin, so I replenish my glycogen in the muscle and liver, but the most important meal for me is the second when I have insulin in my blood yet but my glycogen has been replenish so this meal is higher in protein than carbs... and I repeat the same that day in my second training session in the afternoon... if I still feel and look depleted in the morning of the next day, I would do the same protocol but only in the morning...that's it for insulin until I have another high carb day.
