my diet plan is the same just stricter as i dont want to add extra body fat so no more cakes pancakes during this period also insulin protocols discontinued results more shredded condition but my main goal is to improve my legs. so I don't want to add more forwardness to my upper body and make the imbalance worse.
Today in my five meals a day only one has carbs, that was my breakfast (1 pound of rice and 5 eggs) the rest of my meals looks like this.. 1 pound of chicken and salad.
