do you feel like the t3 and clen really keep you lean?
I’m on T4 at the moment not T3 just yet and that was only introduced 5 days ago. As for the clen I’ve been running 40mcg for 2 and a half weeks now and I definitely notice a slight difference in body composition it’s definitely targeting the stubborn areas!

Haven’t noticed any side effects yet brother (that’s not to say it’s not working) it’s definitely doing it’s job nice and subtly which is sometimes what you want ahaha I know us bodybuilders have a tendency to think something’s not working just because we don’t feel it 😂

Top set 74kg for 20 reps

Back off set 68kg for 20 reps

Second back off set 68kg for 19 reps





Exercise 2

Chest supported lateral low row

Top set 240kg for 6 reps

Back off set 200kg for 14 reps

Second back off set 200kg for 0 reps



Exercise 3

Chest supported T bar rows

Top set 100kg for 15 reps

Back off set 80kg for 22 reps

Second back off set 80kg for 0 reps



Exercise 4

Cable straight bar lat pull-down with D handles

Top set 110kg for 12 reps

Back off set 89kg for 19 reps

Second back off set 89kg for 0 reps



Exercise 5

Cuffed cable pulldowns single arm

Top set 36.25kg for 17 reps

Back off set 28.75 for 20 reps

Second back off set 28.75kg for 0 reps

This mornings back day after my first exercise I realised my coach only wanted me to do a top set and a back off no 3rd set this week so I continued with my workout as per the plan from exercise 2 onwards.

only slept 4 hours last night but felt pretty damn good regardless, tried axe and sledge hydraulic V2 this morning mixed with ignition switch definitely rate those two products highly!

Also took 20mgs Tbol and 20mgs anavar pre workout because why the fuck not 😂

Lol double dipping I see with the var and tbol lol, how did it go for you? Noticed any difference?
