Top set 70kg for 17 reps

Back off set 60kg for 20 reps





Exercise 2

Chest supported lateral low row

Top set 200 for 16 reps

Back off set 160 for 17 reps



Exercise 3

Chest supported T bar rows

Top set 90 for 16 reps

Back off set 80kg for 16 reps



Exercise 4

Cable lat pull-down with D handles

Top set 110kg for 14 reps

Back off set 89kg for 15 reps



Exercise 5

Cuffed cable pulldowns single arm

Top set 30kg for 15 reps

Back off set 20kgs for 20 reps

My weights are down a little from my growth phase as I’m only on 100 test and 100 mast with 40mcg clen and 50mg T4 but still happy with how strong I am for how lean I’m getting
The coach has given us a 40mg bump in test this week for a total now of 140test 100 mast 40mcg clen and 40mg T4

@borristheblade those are some good numbers on training
have you upped at least 1-2 sets for high reps Arnold style? high pump
