  • SEATED DUMBBELL PRESS - 4x20, 15, 10, 8 - W: 128 lb
  • LATERAL RAISE - 4x20, 15, 10, 8 - W: 91 lb
  • MACHINE REVERSE FLY - 4x20, 15, 10, 8 - W: 204 lb
