I’m 25 years old and hoping you can give me some advice when it comes to using lgd and rad and how it will effect my body when it comes to lean gains.
I would like to stack 20 mg a week of each and go 12 weeks but I’m not sure if I should increase the amount of calories and protein I’m getting or should I keep them the same
