Massive sesh today on upper, up in all lifts. Followed by 20 minutes low intensity cardio.
Tomorrow up at 5am for an hours fasted walk.
Kick boxing I get train by an ex professional who lives over the road from me ideally! So just one on one for 45 minutes, 15 minutes of ab work.
