When i ran growth i preferred doing it at night on an empty stomach 30 minutes before bed, if i took it during the day i felt tired and a little sluggish, plus your body is doing all of its growing and repairing when your sleeping.

I’m just gonna do that. Gonna start 2 iu and titrate up or down from there. Experiment with different dose timing as well
 
Started Tren today. 20 mg MWF let’s see how this goes. Back home off that fire so time to get locked in with diet and training 🤘

It’s Tren ace 100mg/ml so .2 on an insulin 1ml syringe pretty easy. Day 12 of the work grind diets been off and haven’t caught up on sleep lately so we’re keeping it pushing hoping the gear picks up some of the slack for me, I know it’s a bad mentality to have but duty calls ya dig! Day 3 of the Tren ace dosing not sure when it usually kicks in but feeling little off today could be lack of sleep who knows.

Stopped the Tren didn’t like the sides. Stopped the Proviron didn’t like the heart racing sides. Started N2Guard and HGH still taking
120mg test
300 Mast
300 Deca
2iu HGH @ night
200mcg Glutathione 4/5 days per week
N2Guard daily
20mg Cardarine daily

Diet has been ok. Haven’t been locked in on meals but been 80/20 on nutrition still feel like I’m in calorie surplus.

I think the deca and mast are starting to fully saturate in my system feeling full not much stronger but full.

Today’s workout was absolutely brutal! Listened to Dr Wenning on Nyle Nyaga’s Trensparent podcast, he spoke of 40% or 4RPE training being conducive to 1 rep maxes, and 25 reps sets….. sooooo….

Flat bench 2 sets of 25 reps

Incline dumbbell 2 sets 25 reps
-45lb
-40lb
Cable fly 2 sets 25 reps
Machine overhead press 2 sets 25 reps
Dumbbell side lateral raises 2 sets 25 reps
-15lb
-17.5 lb
Dumbbell skull crushers 2 sets 25 reps
-15lb 30 reps
-17.5lb 25 reps
V bar tricep press downs 2 sets 25 reps
—Ran all of these to failure or within 2 RIR

Give it and go and let me know your feedback, I’ll be incorporating more volume like this. Also think it’s pretty smart with the strength gains coming from the deca and Tren and not putting my ego in the way and maxing out every week because I can and risking injury because if I can’t lift then what’s the point of life 🤘

I dont like tren myself, dont use it that stuff is nasty bro
but your masteron dose is too high for 120mgs of testosterone
usually at that dose you'll drop your estrogen too much and cause sides

can you either
1) up the testosterone to 300mgs?
or
2) drop the masteron to 100mgs?

on the macros do you have base macros? @jhicks530

on the training flat bench 25 reps perfect your volume is on point
I would do some drop sets though
