Today’s workout was absolutely brutal! Listened to Dr Wenning on Nyle Nyaga’s Trensparent podcast, he spoke of 40% or 4RPE training being conducive to 1 rep maxes, and 25 reps sets….. sooooo….

Flat bench 2 sets of 25 reps
-135lb
-155lb
Incline dumbbell 2 sets 25 reps
-45lb
-40lb
Cable fly 2 sets 25 reps
Machine overhead press 2 sets 25 reps
Dumbbell side lateral raises 2 sets 25 reps
-15lb
-17.5 lb
Dumbbell skull crushers 2 sets 25 reps
-15lb 30 reps
-17.5lb 25 reps
V bar tricep press downs 2 sets 25 reps
—Ran all of these to failure or within 2 RIR

Give it and go and let me know your feedback, I’ll be incorporating more volume like this. Also think it’s pretty smart with the strength gains coming from the deca and Tren and not putting my ego in the way and maxing out every week because I can and risking injury because if I can’t lift then what’s the point of life 🤘

tren is a powerful steroid.

but man is it nasty for side effects.
Yea the night sweats and insomnia lastnight suck everyday I get at least one moment of fuck this I’m stopping it then I lift and it’s so enjoyable I feel like a monster so I keep running it haha

I dont like tren myself, dont use it that stuff is nasty bro
but your masteron dose is too high for 120mgs of testosterone
usually at that dose you'll drop your estrogen too much and cause sides

can you either
1) up the testosterone to 300mgs?
or
2) drop the masteron to 100mgs?

I don’t know man I’ve never experienced low estrogen form mast tbh and listening to anabolic university Dr Todd Lee he speaks of mast not having a huge impact if any at all on estrogen. I always feel better with lower test but I’ll consider raising it to maybe 200.
