SARMS Whey protein with sarms

I had a question about taking sarms and what can i take them with
I’ve got 2 bottles of rad140 and lgd4033. 20mgs of each
I’m also gonna get some other supplements to go along with it
First off am I allowed to take it with the Whey Protein together or should you not mix them? also what other supplements and support do I need while taking them to keep myself strong
I'm 22 years old and new to this

you want to just take it down the hatch then chase it down

it doesn't matter what you use for that. also umbrella does a great job of giving you options that make it easy to take them without needing to worry about taste

I'm so happy I found this thread I tried just dumping powder down the hatch and chasing with water but WOW that was rough! Anyways I just put my mk677 and mk2866 into my protein shake and this is so much better. Not sure if almond milk would be some type of issue? I used water this time just cause I'm unsure

15 MG of each. I haven't used sarms in about 5-6 years and went with powder this time around for the price. I made that decision and purchase before I thought about how I would consume it
