I’m looking to increase the amount of protein on getting by at least 100 g per day
well what kind of protein shakes and you’ll replace you recommend that I try
I’m 21 years old and I’m 130 lbs and I would like to bulk up about 20 or 30 lbs over the next year
 
if you just eat 8 ounces of chicken or 10 oz of cod, you are getting 50 grams of protein.. thats NOT very much of either and you can easily do that... i would not depend on protein shakes for 100 grams of protein... 25-50 i can understand but more than that is too much reliance

drink some egg protein and eat chicken
 
don't waste your money on this product it will just mess your stomach up
