Sick of feeling like crap in the gym, not literally just i don’t have The motivation or The Willpower to really get serious about my training. has a lot to do with the gym environment. I work out at Planet Fitness and its pretty laid back, not like my old gym that closed down where meatheads were throwing weights around
With that said how about 20mgs GW and 10mgs RAD 1 hour pre training? Will that pump me up?
