I’ve been dealing with a lot of tendon and ligament issues
this issue has started ever since I was about 15 or 16 years old
never broken a bone before and never had other types of issues like with my joints but it’s always having to deal with these soft tissue injuries
weight training has been making it worse and it’s gotten so bad that sometimes I can’t even do my weight training properly
can you give me advice on best supplements to use in this situation?

if you got joint issues get some glucosamine msm together to start and bpc157 helps

What do you mean by'issues'?
 
there are some sarms also that will help with the joints you should check those out
 
you might have to adjust simply the way you train that could be the issue
 
if I were you I would get on some joint support or some good ones make sure you check ingredients
