I’ve been dealing with a lot of tendon and ligament issues
this issue has started ever since I was about 15 or 16 years old
never broken a bone before and never had other types of issues like with my joints but it’s always having to deal with these soft tissue injuries
weight training has been making it worse and it’s gotten so bad that sometimes I can’t even do my weight training properly
