I’m looking to do a post-workout product that is a healthy option to help me with recovery.
I usually finish my work outs around 8:00 at night in my heart rate is usually really high and I usually have to calm myself down and take a cold shower. I think something for Recovery would go a long way so I can hit it hard the next day
What would you recommend I use?
