51 year old male. Have been a lifelong lifter but fell off the last few years after covid. Used to run gyms for 12 years before covid. Happy to find this forum and the podcast. I am 4 weeks into a sarms cycle. A year ago I bought sarms from Chemyo Ostrine and Cardarine and I used about 1/2 of the bottles and I stopped cause I was wasting it cause I wasn’t working out. 8 weeks ago I restarted lifting and about 4 weeks ago I restarted the sarms. And I also ordered LDG 4 and more Cardarine. I am a week and a half into the LDG4 and my workouts have improved significantly and body composition has improved. I am seeing that Chemyo might not be the company I thought it was. Currently I am taking 20mg of Cardarine and 10mg of their LDG4 also saw that someone recommended that I take Clomiphene from Swisschem during a sarms cycle and I am doing 1 25mg capsules every other day. Tell me if I am doing this completely wrong and what should I do including recommendations for better quality products. I am 6’ 212lb and 21% body fat. I did not do any bloodwork.
