51 year old male. Have been a lifelong lifter but fell off the last few years after covid. Used to run gyms for 12 years before covid. Happy to find this forum and the podcast. I am 4 weeks into a sarms cycle. A year ago I bought sarms from Chemyo Ostrine and Cardarine and I used about 1/2 of the bottles and I stopped cause I was wasting it cause I wasn’t working out. 8 weeks ago I restarted lifting and about 4 weeks ago I restarted the sarms. And I also ordered LDG 4 and more Cardarine. I am a week and a half into the LDG4 and my workouts have improved significantly and body composition has improved. I am seeing that Chemyo might not be the company I thought it was. Currently I am taking 20mg of Cardarine and 10mg of their LDG4 also saw that someone recommended that I take Clomiphene from Swisschem during a sarms cycle and I am doing 1 25mg capsules every other day. Tell me if I am doing this completely wrong and what should I do including recommendations for better quality products. I am 6’ 212lb and 21% body fat. I did not do any bloodwork. Thank you everyone and look forward to learning more. I have took a few cycles when I was in my late 20s. I took test 250 and equipoise. I think I did a total of 4 cycles. I appreciate honesty. Goal is to be 185-190 10-12% bf

forget chemyo and swiss chems

you will want to use umbrella or RCS in the future for sarms/peptides

You are talking to the podcast cost above @SteveSmith so he's right, stay away from swisschems its ran by scammer Tony huge, same with chemyo
you should be using umbrella labs or RCS chems (see banner on top of the page)

BUT, you're 21% bodyfat and not sure yo uneed any of this honestly. You're already into the cycle so hard to see if this is bad or how bad it is.

please start a NEW thread with your log journal, add diet training cardio sleep and your sarms and we can guide you into the right cycle and right path


To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

in Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log
___ = the name of your log
example: My SARMS cycle Training Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

here are examples of LOG Journals
 
Stop mentioning covid. It's not an actual excuse

Switch to (as you guessed) a proper sarms source such as Umbrella Labs or RCS
 
make sure you get a log going
the guys on the podcast both have their own logs too
 
you need to get your blood work done as well
this way you know any red flags
 
bros you should be more detailed and organized
get a log up, see the other logs we can guide you step by step that way

Very true Mobster. The reason why I used that as a timeline because the gym I ran for 10 years was shut down and we went out of business and since then I have not been great with diet or exercise. I have since moved on to a different career but working hard to get back at it.
