Today's walk was much shorter, went after squats etc so quads kept cramping up haha

I'll do 3km min a day - even on leg days. In fact it helps me stop getting stiff.

You're very nearly benching your squat. That needs to change unless you've a note from the doc. 120kg x 1 vs 110kg x 2
