Top set 138kg for 15 reps
Back off set 124kg for 16 reps

Banded hack squat
Top set 360 for 9 reps
Back off set 320kg for 9 reps

Leg press
Top set 400kg for 13 reps
Back off set 360kg for 15 reps
Exercise 4
Seated Leg extension machine
Top set 124 for 18reps
Back off set 110 for 15 reps

BB stiff legged deadlifts
Top set 100kg for 12 reps
Back off set 100kg for 12 reps

Hip adductor machine
Top set 85kg for 20 reps
Back off set 75kg for 15 reps

Today was an onslaught of a leg day but I love it!
Only variation is I’ve changed which leg press machine I use. Still pushing the same weight just not as many reps as this new machine is way harder and I get a much stronger contraction
