Exercise 1

Seated hamstring curl machine

Top set 138kg for 15 reps

Back off set 124kg for 16 reps



Exercise 2

Banded hack squat

Top set 360 for 9 reps

Back off set 320kg for 9 reps



Exercise 3

Leg press

Top set 400kg for 13 reps

Back off set 360kg for 15 reps



Exercise 4

Seated Leg extension machine

Top set 124 for 18reps

Back off set 110 for 15 reps



Exercise 5

BB stiff legged deadlifts

Top set 100kg for 12 reps

Back off set 100kg for 12 reps



Exercise 6

Hip adductor machine

Top set 85kg for 20 reps

Back off set 75kg for 15 reps



Exercise 7

Seated calf raises

Top set 40kg for 20 reps

Back off set 40kg for 20 reps

Today was an onslaught of a leg day but I love it!
Only variation is I’ve changed which leg press machine I use. Still pushing the same weight just not as many reps as this new machine is way harder and I get a much stronger contraction
 
This weeks check in photos my legs are really starting to take off must be all those heavy jack squats

@borristheblade try to boost up some more reps on deadlifts with smaller weights

Cheers mate appreciate the honesty, I know the stuff legged deadlifts aren’t my best lift of the day but that’s mainly dude to begin absolutely fucked after all the exercises prior but I’ll definitely look at dropping the weight on them and upping the reps appreciate the feedback 💪
