This weeks check ins lads as of today we now roll onto a 4 week maintenance phase consisting of 4 rep in reserve training and a 100 test 100 mast cruise protocol essentially to remove any systemic fatigue and increase recoverability so I’m firing on all cylinders moving into my 26 week prep after this phase 🤙
