I’m currently eating 2200 cals per day. 165 pounds and 5’6’’
Training crossfit and franchise gym. I get a discount on both so i use both and rotate my workouts
My goal is to gain more lean mass and strength
Should i switch to rad and lgd this time? Or should i stick with GW again?
How does 10mgs of each sound?
