So I recently started dividing my workouts up where I’m doing twice a week at the gym doing weight training and I’m doing twice a week cardio where I go for a jog and I do two bootcamp training sessions per week on a Saturday morning and also midweek usually Wednesday or Thursday
Does anyone ever blast GW 30 mg a day for like 20 weeks and then come off and then blast it back again?
I’m looking to get the benefits from my hardcore workouts because I trained 6 days a week my only off day is Sunday

I don't think blasting it more than 30 mg makes any sense keep it there or lower
