SARMS semaglutide dosing schedule and stacking

I’m 285 lbs and 6’2”. My goal is to lose about 40 lbs and I’m 38 years old.
I want to use semaglutide to help me lose weight.
My initial dose is 2mgs a week and will increase it as I go.
What should I stack with it though? Should I use sarms, steroids or peptides?

start with no more than half milligram a week and go from there
