I’m a bigger dude and I’m 5’7” around 230 lbs I would like to drop to under 200 lbs over the next year
I calculated that I would have to do maybe 2 or 3 sarm Cycles to get me there
Currently training three times a week with weights and three times a week with cardio and I take 1 day off where I have a couple cheat meals
