I’m 218 lbs and 6’1” and 38 years old. Currently bench and 350 lbs and I would like to get stronger on all my lifts.
I’m looking to do a quick 4 or 5 week cycle. Want to get stronger and leaner at the same time, but also harder too.
Looking to run superdrol or halo.
My question is on dosing. I’ve heard both should be ran at 10-20mgs a day. Is this accurate?
I want to make sure I order the right amount.
