Saturday was my first leg day and it definitely did not disappoint, overall i held back some while still making the workout difficult and pushing within reason.

The 50mg of Var sublingual 45 minutes before the workout definitely helped me push through and i felt strong i felt the punp i was completely dialed in.

Also did Tb/bpc combo beforehand with the var and i was feeling good the whole workout.

First movement was hack squat I was kind of shocked because a few months ago my knee would hurt really bad during and the next day. This time however i had minmal knee or joint pain, small enough to where it didn't bother me or prevent the movement in any way. I will admit overall it felt good through the whole range of motion.

The thing that shocked me was how quickly strength went up already, I don't know how i hit 230lbs on hack sqaut but i did for 10, that was me holding back i had atleast 15 reps in me with how i was moving the weight, i also could have easily went heavier. I had to have self control and not push to far to fast.

Leg press has always been one of my strongest leg movements i hit 520lbs for 10. The way i was moving and pushing that weight i could have hit 20 reps or put way more weight on it, again have to be in control and pace myself. This felt excellent as well. The leg press is by far my favorite leg movement just something about pushing the weight and seeing the stack of plates on the press.

I had to get creative i had leg extensions on my agenda... but these young broccoli heads 3 of them decided they needed to all do 5+ sets of leg extensions in a group, oh well i adapt and find the workaround. I ended doing a movement for the first time called a (Cable Kick) for those who have never done it, here is a quick overview.

I will also say compared to a machine the difficulty and pump was absolutely insane! The activation i felt was 1000x better than any extension machine with much less weight.

Attach an ankle cuff to the lowest pulley setting and secure it around your ankle.

Starting Position: Stand facing the machine, holding the frame for support, with feet hip-width apart and a slight bend in your standing knee.

Extend your leg forward, contracting your quad, keeping the knee relatively stable.
Pause at full extension, squeezing your quad.

Slowly return to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Focus: Keep your core tight and torso upright, avoiding leaning or swinging.

The final boss for todays workout and last movement of the night....(Wall Sits) this was absolutely brutal after exhausting my body and legs, to then have to hold my entire body weight up tested me physically and tested my mind and resolve. I got 30 seconds in and started shaking really bad, those last 30 seconds of each set i had to dig deep and not give up, my program says (45-60sec) seconds... but i dont take the easy path i did the full 60 on the first set... the second set i did 61 seconds.. now 1 second above what i was supposed to do might seem insignificant to some... untill i share my mindset with you.

If i can dig deep even for one second longer than what is required of me, then i beat my body i beat my mind.. i went that extra that is required to push my body and push my mind into a new level and push past that barrier and limitation, next time it will be 2secs then 3secs and so on untill i can reach 1:30 seconds then eventually 2 minutes... its all designed to break my mindset and elimination of doubt or i can't, it is only i can and i will i must mindset.

I ate a bit different today just to have a little variety in my day, carbs are lower than what they should be at, i did hit over 300g of protein and kept fats a little higher, i will say my engery in the gym was fucking on point and fantastic after eating that ribeye meal!!

The fajitas i made for dinner also turned out fantastic used lean sirloin steak that i cut up by hand and prepared.

I also found these sparkling water protein drinks which are easier for me to chug down and taste great with 30g of protein cant beat it, they even removed the lactose and have collagen peptides.

@Noah Wixx looks like it’s all going great. The leg training was good shit. I get what you’re saying about the broccli heads man. They are taking over my gym it get annoying but I just work around it. Glad to hear the knee pain is subsiding to where it doesn’t bother you. The food pics man. They look awesome!

206 dollars is a small price to pay whennit comes to being safe a smart also few years back i think i paid 350 dollars, so this was an easy choice.

I evem tested customer service by texting the number and they texted me back in minutes offering help and assistance, pretty neat you can text a live person for assistance.

They even have a points system with ordering tests attain enough points and you can use them to get discounts on labs like 25 dollars off, or if u do reoccurring testing they give you between a 15-20% discount on those labs.

PrivateMD is fast i checked my email and in a few minutes had my lab order location of lab and directions to follow for the labs i ordered, even have a nice patent layout you can follow bloodwork trends it keeos track of everything in your account.

The flexibility is awesome you can use labcorp or quest for blood draw and they list all the labs in your state, unfortunately mine is 88 miles away ive used this lab before, for me im in the northern part of my state all the labs are in the southern part of the state.

I booked it for this upcoming monday the 19th fasted labs of course. I might along the way add some other testing like crositiol something beneficial for what im doing etc, not sure in that yet.

Regardless the length of ant cycle being run bloodwork is a Non-Negotiable critical component we all should be doing, safer practices should be followed when going the enhancement route.

Bloodwork results can take 10 b business days for all the full results. I will post them on my log the moment I have all the results in.

Majority of my blood work results are in. I am currently still waiting on Estradiol and IGF numbers to come back.

I will say besides my cholesterol being skewed somewhat and my iron levels being high, overall bloods look really good Majority of the testing i am well within range on my markers.

I also was shocked in a good way with my total & free testosterone readings. Ive run 500mg before etc.

These are the highest and best numbers ive seen since running gear as far as testosterone goes, since im currently only on testosterone and have not incorporated any other injectables yet for my cycle.

I fasted for 14hrs and took my draw at 1:30pm i made sure water only and i was well hydrated for the draw.

I can say with 100% full certainty US Pharmacies Testosterone Enanthate is as legitimate as it can get, this is the beauty of blood work so everyone can see what i am seeing based on running his gear and peptides.

If all of USP products hit like this i have zero doubts in my mind how exceptional USP truly is 💪

I am well off the charts for total and free for testosterone readings. I also am running zero AI havent all cycle and i have no negative sides i can report at this time, i am most certain my E2 is probably off the charts right now lol.

Total Testosterone = 2,563 NG/DL
Free Testosterone = 770.1 PG/ML

Retatrutide will also be increased from 2mg into 3mg my hunger and appetite has been off the charts with my test levels being so high it has definitely ramped that up, so at 1mg-2mg it has not been sufficient for control, so we are going into 3mg i haven't had any bad or negative sides with retatrutide either, so im comfortable pushing upwards in dose.

@Noah Wixx my blood work was pretty similar for quite a while until I started using tren. Then my blood work really sucked for a couple years so it's good that you're avoiding tren.

I will say besides my cholesterol being skewed somewhat and my iron levels being high, overall bloods look really good Majority of the testing i am well within range on my markers.

I also was shocked in a good way with my total & free testosterone readings. Ive run 500mg before etc.

These are the highest and best numbers ive seen since running gear as far as testosterone goes, since im currently only on testosterone and have not incorporated any other injectables yet for my cycle.

I fasted for 14hrs and took my draw at 1:30pm i made sure water only and i was well hydrated for the draw.

I can say with 100% full certainty US Pharmacies Testosterone Enanthate is as legitimate as it can get, this is the beauty of blood work so everyone can see what i am seeing based on running his gear and peptides.

If all of USP products hit like this i have zero doubts in my mind how exceptional USP truly is 💪

That's really good that you have your blood work laid out like this. @Noah Wixx you'll be able to contrast it as you go. Also I use Quest Diagnostics as well. They really suck when it comes to billing but they're pretty good. They get you in and out fast.

You are doing great on this. Excellent job posting up the blood work. @Noah Wixx this is a good way to really gauge where you're at now. It's okay to have a couple things off. Just make sure you monitor it.

Hello everyone i wanted to take some time to explain my lack of log updates. Few weeks ago i tweaked my back working and had to do physical therapy to get my back feeling better, so that was one thing.

My job has been so physical and im on my second week of running my route completely solo, so ive been putting in 14hr days if not longer some days, by the time i get off work im so tired and sore i go home and lay down, just didnt have the energy for hard trianing like i am known for.

I couldn't give it everything i had so i just didn't do it, because i cant just half ass it and feel good about myself, im not just about going through the motions.

On the flip side ive been working with my coach and @US-pharmacies cooking up a game plan to get me back on track with my engery and back into the gym.

I must admit it certainly is on the right track because i absolutely killed it today in the gym. I was firing on all cylinders, i couldn't ask for a better session today.

I put up 175lb barbell incline bench press today which is a personal best for me, ice always struggled with Incline pressing especially after my surgery many years ago, i never thought id be strong on that movement, i put up 30lbs over my previous best looking back at my last workout data for my push day. I hit 8 reps sticking to the program i easily could have got 12 clean ones.

I also said why not and put 225lbs on flat barbell bench and i hit that easily as well, at the start of the cycle i was at 165lbs for 10 reps, i could have went over 225lbs as well, i wanted to still be conservative here, i hit it for the rep range no problem for 8 reps could have done 10+.

Every movement i did today was just going up and up everything was great from the pump to my mind muscle connection i couldn't ask for more.

The combination that is the key here imo that is making this possible MOTS-c and GW501156 that in combination 1hr before i hit the gym is next level.

When i run GW my endurance just goes sky high so i am mindful with controlling it and not going extreme with what i do in the gym. The combo is helping give me my energy back slowly but surely along with working on better sleeping patterns.

i also will be switching from reta into Trizepitide 2mg a week see how I do on that as i just dont seem to be responding with reta, sometimes its like that, its never one size fits all with protocols.

Let me tell you Oxytocin is fucking powerful holy shit what a roller coaster ride that stuff is, exercise caution when utilizing it for those who have not yet.

500mcg was extremely potent even 100mcg is fucking strong, let me tell you about this little peptide, i got every common side effect possible lol.

As soon as i inject it, the effects are instantaneous.
Immediate anxiety ( 15 minutes it lasts )
Instantaneous Headache ( goes away after a while )
hole body feels hot and flushed head to toe. ( goes away after a while )
Heart racing absolutely lol, ( also temporary and goes away )

Best way u can describe this is your whole body has a body high and buzzing like feeling, then you just feel instantly relaxed and at ease almost like a peaceful state of being and mind, followed by feeling sleepy that stuff knocks me out harder than GH does and helps me sleep through the entire night, so if u can ride the lighting for the first half the second half is magical with what this peptide can do. Start low with the mcg dose even less than 100mcg is my suggestion. Despite all the common sides, it is worth running in my opinion with the benefits it has along with it.
