I want to use tb500 and get better repair/recovery. I don’t have a specific injury, but I have a lot of different injuries around my body, which are sort of nagging and chronic. They bother me especially on a heavy day.
My plan was 20mgs of tb500 the first 2 weeks, then 10mgs for 2 weeks, then 5mgs for the last 4 weeks.
Is this a good plan?
