Not yet brother, I’ve been training natty for couple of months now, been off gear and not training at all for nearly a year, due to my surgery last year I believe it was somewhere around 15 June 2024…
Just started back training for two months now, all natty…
Today Saturday 13, I did my first injection of Sustanon 250mg, next week will ad 150 Deca / 250 sust, each week will titrate up…

Dumbbell Incline Press
70lbs 5 sets / 15, 19-(PR), 12, 12, 10
Dumbbell Incline Flys
35lbs 5 sets / 20, 15, 13, 11, 12
DELTS
Dumbbell Overhead Press
40lbs 5 sets / 20, 20, 15, 15, 15
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises
20lbs 5 sets / 20, 17, 15, 13, 15

Pre workout meal
300gms cottage cheese, 1 banana, 15 grapes.
Post workout meal
12oz New York Strip Steak, sweat potato, half rack ribs, 1/2 cup Mac & cheese.

go slow dont pump too much gear right away bro
stay on sust 250 for 3-4 week first imo
