I eat very clean, only whole meats from butcher, my protein consists only of Beef Tenderloin,Pork Tenderloin,Fish,Shrimp and Tofu, vegetables are only organic and fresh,fruit only organic and fresh also ,carbs are only from Jasmine Rice.
My wife prepares my meal fresh every meal, and everything is weighed to get exact macros… only oil used for cooking is Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
