175 pounds, lean build, 24 years old and 6’2’’
I’m going to be increasing my protein double
usually I get 150 g of protein I’m gonna double it to 300 g by increasing the amount of protein shakes and protein bars that I’m consuming
the sarms I want to use are lgd4033 and s23.
My dosing is gonna be 25mgs a day of each for 10 weeks.
Good strategy to build strength/size?

if you want to go high protein you need something like yk11 and rad with it

10mgs yk11
20mgs rad140
and gw with n2guard

Almost my stats when I was 18.

Do NOT double protein but feel free to up it. Start with 200g max for now
