I’m going to be increasing my protein double
usually I get 150 g of protein I’m gonna double it to 300 g by increasing the amount of protein shakes and protein bars that I’m consuming
the sarms I want to use are lgd4033 and s23.
My dosing is gonna be 25mgs a day of each for 10 weeks.
Good strategy to build strength/size?
