Approved Log Precision Over Ego! Comprehensive 8-Week Recomposition Cycle Log

I'm getting ready to cycle off and start PCT, and while I did not want this cycle to end since I'm feeling so good. I'm almost glad it is over for now; I need to give some aspects of my personal life and career my full attention over the next few weeks. I will still be going to the gym and working out, but at a maintenance rate now. Here is the workout plan I have for when I'm off the sauce and just getting by on a small TRT dose:

Monday
Incline DB Press 4x10
Seated Machine Shoulder Press 3x12
Cable Lateral Raises 4x15
Overhead Rope Extensions 3x15
Close-Grip Pushups 3 sets to failure

Tuesday
Leg Press 4x12
Walking DB Lunges 3x20 steps
Lying Leg Curls 3x15
Standing Calf Raise 4x20
Tibialis Raise 3x20

Wednesday – OFF
Thursday
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 4x12
Chest Supported Row 4x10
Rear Delt Fly (machine or cable) 4x15
Barbell Curls 3x12
Hammer Curls 3x15

Friday
Incline Smith Press 3x15

we don't think you are going soft at all. that is smart training. you look THICK in the back!

This is some Championship physique. You really added a lot of muscle mass, I feel like over the past couple months,
Your training has paid off for you. Keep up the good work, I wouldn't slow down at all. I would keep pushing

If i can build half of what you currently have id win so many shows, i definitely look up to you and the physique you built brother and i always appreciate the support and advice you give me, still being fairly fresh in my gear jounery and trying to hit the stage, i appreciate all the kind words, you look incredible man no doubt about it.

My total Weight Gain was 27.3 solid hard pounds, I'm proud of where my physique is today, and although I'm decreasing my workload, I'm by no means going to stop.

Here is how it all went:

Starting Weight: 181.4 lbs
Current Weight: 208.7 lbs
Total Gain: +27.3 lbs
Waist: Still 32"
Body Fat: Visually about the same or leaner
Strength: Up across the board
Condition: Full, tight, vascular
Libido: High and consistent
Mood: Stable, focused
Sleep: 7.5–8.5 hrs/night (MK-677 was a major help)
Digestion: Smooth all cycle


Cycle Recap – Final Compound List (Weeks 1–8):
Testosterone Enanthate – 1000mg/week
Masteron Enanthate – 500mg/week
Turinabol – 40mg/day (Weeks 1–6)
Proviron – 50mg/day (Weeks 6–8)
S4 (Andarine) – 50mg/day (Weeks 2–7)
Cardarine (GW501516) – 20mg/day (full cycle)
MK-677 – 15mg pre-bed (Weeks 1–8)
BPC-157 – 500mcg/day (Weeks 1–7)
TB-500 – 2mg/week (Weeks 1–7)
N2guard – Full dose daily
HCGenerate – Full dose daily

No missed doses. I tracked everything and hit all of my goals for the shoot days.

My final Macros at peak look like this:
Calories: 3,900/day
Protein: 280–300g
Carbs: 420–450g (pull/leg days highest)
Fats: 90–95g
Water: 3+ gallons/day
Sodium/Potassium intake: monitored daily for performance and pump
