Exercise 1

Over shoulder unilateral cable tricep extension

Top set 35kg for 15 reps

Back off set 30kg for 15 reps



Exercise 2

Bilateral D handle cable push downs

Top set 60kg for 20 reps

Back off set 60 kg for 20 reps



Exercise 3

D handle bi lateral cable curls

Top set 18.75 for 17 reps

Back off set 16.25 for 15 reps



Exercise 4

Incline DB curls

Top set 20kg for 11 reps

Back off set 15kg for 15 reps



Exercise 5

Bilateral cable overhead tricep extensions with rope

Top set 60kg for 23 reps

Back off set 60kg for 15 reps



Exercise 6

Standing machine side lateral raises

Top set 30kg for 21 reps

Back off set 25kg for 20 reps

Felt a little weaker today and didn’t hit a couple of my numbers from last week but also managed to hit a couple PBs still. Shit happens and I’m sure we’ll get it next week!
 
Also to give everyone a bit of perspective the first photo is the leanest I ever got natural at about 85kgs and the second photo is the biggest I ever got naturally at 105kgs so that was my base before starting PEDs hope that helps 💪

This mornings leg day! Didn’t quite hit my reps on my first exercise but then hit a PB on everything after that!
