w/up, 10kg x 15 reps, 20kg x 15 reps, 30kg x 15 reps, 45kg/99lbs x 12 reps

LPD and Chins
LPD: 1/2 stack (60kg) x 12 reps, 19p/114kg x 12 reps Chins: bwt (320lbs) x 6 reps, +10kg x 6 reps (not the best reps ever but I'll take them)

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
+67.5kg/148.5lbs
LH: 1, 1, 1 reps
RH: 3 r/p, 3, 3 reps

Hip Belt Squat
Went off plan and killed it lol
120kg x 8 reps, 240kg x 8 reps and 360kg/792lbs x 6 reps (was meant to be 340)

Leg Press
180kg x 15 reps, 330kg x 15 reps,490kg x 15 slower than last time reps (only a little)

Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 reps, 15p x 8 reps

3/4 stack x 20 reps, stack x 20 reps
 
Tuesday
Seated Press
Usual warm ups, bar x 15 reps, 60kg x 15 reps, 90kg/198lbs x 15 reps (on fire)

Rear Delt
to 98kg/217lbs x 10 reps (just did 2 sets inc this one)

Saxon Bar Work
to 93.75kg/206lbs x 2 r/p and 2 x 3 reps
