Skull Crushers EZ bar
to 96.5kg/212/5lbs x 5 ugly reps

Standing BB Reverse Wrist Curls
Lot less pain since I started alternating these with the forward version for balance
to 45kg/99lbs x 8 reps (kinda easy)
