Peptides how to use bpc157 for my bad wrist

my wrist has been bothering me. I think I overtrained it too much. I’ve been doing a lot of pullups, did 10x10 the other day and it started hurting after. What would you recommend I dose to help with this? Should I go with 500mcg ED of bpc or should I do something like 250mcg instead?
 
I would go with 500 mcg of each per day. Start there, that should really yield some good results. But also change the way you train.
 
you need tb500 5mgs the first week or more. You want to front load it? That's how it works So good.
 
bpc needs to be injected near the injury. But it needs to be done safely. You don't want to inject a wrong spot and end up with issues.
 
you won't go wrong with tb500 and bpc. they both stack well. i have a lot of love for both
 
the issue with peptides is you must run them 2-3 months for best results. it can get pricey. its best to start high and front load. then you can gradually bring down the dose
 
bros you need to change your training too. i would also add some ostarine or nutrobal. that would work good!
