Steroids how to run NPP effectively with test

I’m interested in using NPP effectively with testosterone. My thoughts were this:
proviron 25mgs a day
NPP 50mgs EOD
not sure though how much test to use
my stats are 5’10’’ and 218lbs and 15% body fat. I want to bulk up but I don’t want to put on body fat. Want to stay under 16% body fat if that makes sense. Any thoughts on dosing? Or anything else you would change?

i would do this GOAT stack:

EQ 300mgs
NPP 200mgs
and add some winstrol to it

Do not add a ton of winstrol to this stack. I would not go more than 25 mg a day. You don't want to put yourself in a situation where you get a lot of side effects for nothing.

Bros I'm a big believer in NPP and equipoise together they really do stack perfectly. Run some testosterone but not a lot maybe 250 mg of testosterone with it.

here is how i would do it and i've done this stack before:

NPP 300mgs a week
test E 200mgs a week (shorter ester then cyp)
and then add anavar or winstrol

i would NOT add a lot of test to a cycle like this.
let the EQ or NPP do its magic. either or is good. if you want more appetite then use NPP
