so browsing online I came across about a thousand different protein powders and I'm not sure how to distinguish them apart
I'm basically looking for a high quality protein powder but I also don't want to overspend either. how do you figure out which one would be the best one to use?

my favorite powder is american fit nutrition.. i know the manufacturer/owner personally and he has all of his done in an fda regulated facility... thats the only place i use now

Real food always btr but I would get an isolate for your powder when in a crunch

Best protein powder are ones that don't have very many ingredients check what's in them. And check the label closely.

Whey isolate has less fat but also it's been filtered and extra time. It may not be the best option.

Avoid ones with added sugars and added garbage in them, that is what you want to avoid.

There are a bunch of protein powders out there and you really have to read the ingredients closely to make sure you're buying one that isn't full of crap.

I drink one protein powder a day and the one I get they made here in Portugal and it's very high quality, no extra sugar added

When choosing a protein powder.... Look for artificial sweeteners, those should not be included in the formula nor should added sugars or additives.

the best protein powder for one person may not be the best for another. It often comes down to personal preferences, dietary restrictions, and fitness goals...
