Steroids how best to use testosterone and equipoise for 15 weeks?

38 yrs old and 5’10’’ and 188lbs with 13% body fat.
My 2 main goals are gains but also want to recover.
I know that equipoise and testosterone are good options for 15 weeks. But not sure on how fast I will recover on this ?
My plan is 400mgs of EQ and then doing 250mgs of test. But will this work for moderate gains? Or should I increase the dosing on the test?
Please give me some advice

eq and test is better for 12 weeks
200mgs eq 250mgs test n2guard
