Hi Y'all,

Here's my extra-intense HIIT cardio + abs home workout. It consists of a series of jump rope and jumping jacks done between abs exercises. All I need is ample space, a jump rope, a pair of dumbbells, an exercise mat and lots of water, enjoy!
