I’m at the stage of my life where it’s time to start maintaining I’m not worried about improving or getting better
I’m 55 years old and my best days are behind me when it comes to weight training
would like to run growth hormone. Should I start at 1iu’s per day or should I go higher closer to 4?
and how long do you need to run it and is it okay to run it solo?

Yes, you can use HGH solo, but I would recommend pairing it with testosterone. This combination can improve overall well-being, boost energy levels, and make it easier to maintain motivation—important factors, especially considering your age.

For your goal of maintaining form and anti-aging benefits, 1-2 IU is sufficient. A typical protocol involves 2-4 IU for a duration of 4-6 months (or longer). If you plan to use doses of 4 IU or higher, I recommend getting a preliminary assessment of your pancreatic function, as well as blood tests for glucose and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c).

Most people start with 2 IU daily and, after a couple of weeks, if no side effects arise, increase the dosage to 3-4 IU. Over time, you might encounter side effects such as carpal tunnel syndrome (numbness in the hands). This is a common occurrence among HGH users and is often due to individual anatomical factors in the forearms.
