another great day! lower caffine, gear, food, and more cardio is finally starting to become a normal aspect. definitely has taken a lot of adjusting but i’m getting used to it, ready to start dropping food and increasing more cardio as we progress into the next 18 weeks.

pretty decent day to be a low intake day, hunger was definitely there but it’s getting a little easier to manage it. meals were consistent, and i got to catch up on some much needed sleep. back to the grind tomorrow, stay tuned!

what’s up everyone! today was probably the best i’ve felt in a while, today was the first day that i could feel the reta. next to no hunger all day and that’s a huge transition from any other day. energy was great, especially to be running on so little food. 1 hour of fasted cardio this morning followed by resting the rest of the day and focusing on getting my macros.

today was a litter harder to push carbs, felt a little sluggish and bloated after eating big carb meals but nothing too crazy. workout was great, strength was high and focus was through the roof. belt squat machine RDLs have become one of my favorite movements from hating them a few weeks ago, the improvement in my hams definitely shows!

monday check ins went great, one more week of the health phase before we press on the gas pedal to kick off show prep!
