I’m looking to get some advice on proper calories and protein on my next sarm cycle
my first one didn’t go to well but I don’t think I was doing my nutrition the correct way in my training just wasn’t there
I’m 25 years old and I’m around 218 lbs and 5’11” my body fans around 20%
with like to cut down
reading online at says that you should do low calories and high protein but can you give me the macros you would recommend based on my stats?
