Steroids best var dose for newbie

I’m very new to steroids. This is going to be my first cycle. I would like to take an oral just to get my feet wet. I’m a man who is 5’10” 185 lbs. My goal is to put on lean muscle mass and I’m 25 years old. What do you think about doing dosing when it comes to anavar? I’ve heard that 10 mg is good and some people run up to 100 mg. Not sure what would work for me.
