I need some advice on the best way that I can stack rad140 and gw501516.
A bit about me. I’m 28 years old, I’m 5’8” and I’m 178 lbs.
I’m approximately 20% body fat and I would like to do a recomposition keep my muscle and also burn the fat.
Can I do 20 mg a day for about 4 months? Or would that be too much?
