I want some tips on how much retatrutide I should be using
I’m 270lbs and want to lose some weight for the summer
planning on going to the beach so I want to get rid of my gut lol
should I start at 5mgs a week and increase by 1mg to 10mgs then leave it there? And would using it for 8 months be good enough?

with reta the dose is like 1mg eod to start

1mg a week for 4 weeks. then gradually start increasing

I see a lot of guys micro dosing. It, you might want to try that and then go from there. Maybe half a milligram three times a week.

When it comes to dosing, you need to slowly ramp it up. It does take a long time to build up in your system.

It was designed to be injected once a week. Only that's what all the studies show. So do 1 mg a week and then every 2 weeks increasing by half a milligram
